By booking your appointment you agree to our policy
•Card information is required in order to book your appointment . You will only be charged in the case of a no-show or late cancellation
CANCELLATIONS & LATE/ NO SHOWS
•Cancellations must be made 24 hours of scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fee
• No call no shows are subject to full payment of service. It is your responsibility to communicate any emergency situations PRIOR to your appointment
•Please arrive 15 min early to find parking and fill our consent forms if you are a new client.
Clients who are over 15 minutes late are subject to rescheduling their appointment (This policy is to encourage you to be on time.) Please be mindful and respectful of your artist’s schedule and the clients being serviced after you.
(Those with contagious illnesses such as cold, flu, etc may not be serviced. We take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and sterile environment for our clients. Please stay home if you are sick. )
REFUND
• No refunds for services performed. If you are not satisfied with services, please inform us within 24-48 hours, so that we may determine the next steps of action in meeting your needs.
• No refunds for late cancellations or no call/no show fees
